Q: Do I need
a referral?
A: If your insurance requires a referral it is your responsibility
to ensure one is obtained prior to your visit.
Q: What do I need to plan to pay for my visit?
A: Your office co-pay, deductible and co-insurance is due
at the time of your visit.
Q: Will I have to give a urine specimen?
A: Always come to your visit prepared to leave a urine specimen.
Q: Do I need my insurance information?
A: Make sure we always have your current insurance information
in your chart to ensure accurate filing.
Q: Will I know the lab results on the same day of
my visit?
A: No, most tests at least take 24 hours before results are
in.
Q: Can I call to refill my prescription or talk to
a doctor?
A: If you are calling for a refill on a current prescription
or have a question for the nurse or doctor, we will take a
message. Usually callbacks are made within the same business
day.
